Return & Refund Policy
Our Return & Refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return and a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original undamaged box and packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt of purchase or your order number. When we receive your request to return your item, we will send you the address to ship the item back to us.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible to pay for your own shipping costs when returning your item. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. After you sent out your packet, please send us an email that includes tracking numbers, shipping date and mail carrier name. It will help us process your refund quicker.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your returned item is in its original condition, a refund will be approved and processed: a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within few days.
Defective or Incorrect Products
